Fabricator responsibility
The performing fabricator is responsible for field measurement, templating, cut planning, fabrication, installation, and its trade work. Depending on the approved scope, Tropical Stone may coordinate documentation, schedules, logistics, and partner handoffs without assuming responsibility for work performed by an independent fabricator.
