Services

Project Coordination from Selection to Installation

Keep the material record, responsibilities, decisions, procurement, logistics, and partner handoffs connected through a clearly defined project scope.

A coordinated project path

Define the scope

Identify the application, design intent, project location, schedule, budget considerations, responsible parties, and level of Tropical Stone involvement.

Curate and document the surface

Record the material, lot, slabs or product, finish, thickness, dimensions, sequence, quantities, samples, and technical information.

Confirm commercial terms

Receive written material and service pricing, allowances, exclusions, deposit requirements, reservation or special-order terms, and expected lead times.

Coordinate qualified partners

When included in the written scope, coordinate the defined design, field verification, templating, fabrication, delivery, and installation handoffs with qualified independent partners.

Close the handoffs

Confirm approvals, release documents, schedule responsibilities, delivery conditions, installation readiness, care information, and the final point of contact.

Clear responsibility at every stage

Tropical Stone remains the surface curator, material resource, and project coordination point for the services expressly included in its written agreement. Each independent partner remains responsible for the professional or trade work it performs. No service, price, schedule, or responsibility is included unless it appears in the approved proposal or agreement.
